People don't matter to a big $ bank they gonna take their 5$ to cash a check no care how small the check is.. just rude people then take ur money no matter the struggle or if u got it! I'll never go back!!

WORST BANK I've ever done business through! They don't tell u about fees! They are rude and turn away from u when you go to shake their hand! Then if you want to close your account you'll have to come up there 3 TIMES AT LEAST ON 3 DIFFERENT DAYS to close an account! Useless branch and I'll never work with them again! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

I cannot phathom how much I absolutely love the staff at Synovus Bank. . Jametrius, Kelly, & Keisha, thank you for the smiles and Great attitude!! From the front end to the tellers, everyone has such great customer service and it shows! I’m in there every morning in the drive thru and every Friday inside, I’ve never had an issue with anything.

I purchased a property from out of state, with Synovus as the mortgage company, wanting to invest into a specific community, I chose their bank because it seemed highly recommended. Unfortunately I have discovered that because the bank plans on selling the loan to another company (not unusual), that they will not offer online support/access to the loan, or the ability to pay with a debit card over the phone (highly unusual). They stated that I could walk into any branch to make a payment (I live in Oregon, we have no branches here). The only option for me to make a payment is by snail mail. Get with the times Synovus. It seems you don't really want to get paid back. I will make sure not to use your services in the future.

This is a horrible bank, there so possible extra charges are just ridiculous I know all banks have they were diculous charges but this one takes the cake and I'm no longer you going to be doing business with them in my recommendation to everybody else is to steer clear of this business.
