I have just changed my care for my miss Bella. Previous Vet couldn’t give her the care she needed. Dr Roberts took a personal interest and was very food at explaining the problem. I recommend them to everyone of my friends that have any pets. I’m so thankful my fiancée introduced us.

The staff is very friendly and the doctor walked into the exam room with a smile on her face. My dog was just there for her booster shot and she made her feel at ease. Thaks

THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL!!!! HOSPITALS SCHEDULE DOCTORS TO BE THERE AT ALL TIMES !!! OUR OPIE DIED IN MY LAP IN THE LOBBY !! SAID HE COULD NOT HELP ME BUT ,, HE WENT GOT A THERMOMETER AND TOOK HIS TEMP 104 , BUT SAID I CANT DO ANYTHING ELSE ??? YOU CAN STICK A THERMOMETER INNHIS RECTUM BUT CANT HELP ?????? WTH ???? WE ARE A SICK FAMILY!!! POOR SCHEDULES FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

The Dr 's and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a horrible incident but they worked hard and brought out pup thru surgery and recovery beautifully. Very caring staff makes a bad situation so much better. Thank you!

I brought my dog Bear in due to a several ear infection in both ears. The veterinarian he saw truly worked a miracle because now Bear is as good as new. Thanks again for superior care you gave to Bear and I’ll definitely be bringing him back along with my other 2 dogs!!

I took my 12 year old dog in because of some concerns. They quickly looked her over and prescribed antibiotics for a UTI. 4 days later we took her to an emergency vet because her condition deteriorated and she died the next day. She was in early liver failure, she did not have a UTI, and the unnecessary antibiotics were too much for her liver to handle. She would be alive today if Summerville Animal Hospital had been thorough.
Don't trust them with your elderly pets.

It has been weeks since I took my old lady Cocoa to this location. I was skeptical at first because she can be moody with new people sometimes. But I must say everyone there was so sweet to her! They did a great job taking care of my pitbull princess. They were even able to trim her nails without any issues!! Thank you Dr. Kelly for calming my nerves and for being so professional and kind and patient. Thank you for answering all of my questions and for taking care of us!! In the future, I will be taking Cocoa there for anything she needs.
