Switched to Publix from another pharmacy, mostly because of the customer service. However, Kendall seems to be having a bad day any time I’ve ever had to deal with her. Savannah is always polite and friendly. Maybe Savannah can teach Kendall some of her traits!

The people are nice enough, however, time and time again I have had to wait a length of time for a prescription when it’s been phoned in. If a prescription is coming directly from a doctor and it’s for an antibiotic or other “ sick person” medication, a rush should be put on it. It’s been over an hour and 20 minutes since a prescription was sent in for medication for my sick mother, and here we sit. Ridiculous. Not the only pharmacy in town.

I have been a Publix Pharmacy customer for over 15 years…so I know a thing or two about MY Publix Pharmacy like how AWESOME they are!! They care..and always have! I will NEVER use any other pharmacy than MY hometown Publix. Thank you for all you do everyday!

This location pharmacy was at a time, one of the best. It has had several changes in staff over the last 6 months and is a terrible experience in most trips. I have move my wife’s meds from this location and mine is next. Todays trip was me scanning the three scripts yesterday for pickup today and when I arrived I only received two of them. Had her pull it up and said they didn’t fill it. Such a shame amate if time doing it ahead and using their app when I have to still wait in it. Publix you can do better!

Sweet home Alabama is absolutely correct at this Publix! My son moved into this community yesterday and I stopped in this location to grab some items for his place. Every person who works here is so friendly and helpful! I found most everything I needed at the moment. We'd already done a decent haul at a Walmart but we'll surely be back as this is his home Publix location. Shelves were all well stocked. I didn't browse produce or anything like that as I was mainly shopping for some starter home goods (trash bags, hand soap, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, night lights, cleaning supplies, broom/dust pan, dish soap, laundry supplies... you get the point) but I'll be in town again soon to do some major grocery shopping and stocking of his new pantry/home.

Shout out to the tall guy with the long hair "Christopher". He went out of his way to go all the way to the back, just to find an item that I was looking for. Super friendly, super professional.

Publix has PLENTY of fresh produce all of the time‼ As well as wonderful customer service! Don't waste money in driving farther by trusting the troll that only posts 1 star bad reviews!

Not sure what it is but they NEVER have fresh fruit fresh potatoes or ANYTHING as far as I'm concerned. its the closest grocery store to my house but it's worth driving the extra 40 mins to go to Kroger or 15 to go to Publix. Not only are they expensive they NEVER have fresh produce. SO MAD I WENT THERE. I went there for the free Tide pods but it's not worth wasting my 10 dollars. I tried to add a pic of this old potato in the inside. SOMEONE IS DEFINITELY GOING TO GET A LOT OF MONEY FROM A LAWSUIT ONE DAY!!!!! MARK MY WORDS!!!!!!

This is my favorite store ; well atleast it was !! Me and my daughter were walking around to get tissue , soap , a pencil sharpener ,oven cleaner and also subs and salad , so while on oven cleaner isle we were looking at the bathroom stuff like tooth brush holders things like that , next isle I send my daughter to find a pencil sharpener and I went next door and got soap while I'm getting soap two managers walked up to me by the name of Jason and randy and asked was I ok I stated yes but wondering why they asked when the store is packeddd , I first thought they were concerned until they followed me to the sharpener isle to meet my daughter ,helped us pick it out and just watched us !! I have spent sooooo much money here every week because I live publix groceries and seafood but I will never absolutely ever step foot in here again !!

3 stars just cause the place is clean and everyone else is nice . But Jackie the woman working the pharmacy window will ruin your day just by walking up to the window with her bad attitude and 0 customer service skills

Very friendly staff, family oriented, always a great selection for your food needs compared to other grocery stores nearby! I believe you pay for what you get, and I definitely get what I need from Publix
