They never get our order right. We always get something completely different from what we order. The staff doesn’t pay attention. It’s ridiculous. Luckily the food is good or I would never come back to this location. They never answer the phone if you didn’t get your order or give receipts…

My first time coming here since this store opened and the drive thru service was HORRIBLE. The girl on the speaker had a terrible attitude, kept cutting me off and was rushing me when I wasn’t even finished. The experience was so bad I told her she could cancel the order and that we were leaving, and i’ve never left a drive thru like that before. I will never go back to this location EVER again.

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE CHICKEN WAS OLD FRIES WAS OLD AND COLD AND BURNT AND I WAITED 10 mins and FOOD STILL WASNT FRESH I TRIED TO CALL AND NO ONE ANSWERED I SPENT $25 AND THEY WAS OUT OF HONEY? I WILL NEVA GO BACK THERE AND IM CALLING COORPERATE‼️‼️

It's complete garbage. The chain is good. But the individual franchises are garbage. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Columbus locations.

Trash trash trash. Management trash. Food trash. Customer service trash. They have ppl leaving Fake reviews on Google, but truth of the matter is THEY ARE absolute atrocious and it starts with the upper management. They don’t care and it shows in the Quality of workers and food. If you’ve BEEN to this place then you know. They don’t want people who care. They want people who are CHEAP in management. And when that’s all you care about. It SHOWS. I repeat, TRASH !

Absolutely absurd on this Restaurant corporate should actually do something for this place it is absolutely the worst business I have ever seen in my entire life came two nights in a row thinking it would be better the second however it was even worse than the first long long wait time very unprofessional employees very rude and if I say so myself very discriminating corporate to do something about the store this is not the only reading that has been this way I have read through the reviews this is absolutely disgusting

What happened to Popeyes? It's all so bad now. I got the chicken sandwich which was nothing but burnt breading, along with the red beans and rice, which was more like red beans and rice soup. Absolutely horrible food. Service was rude and rushed.

I've gone twice in the last month. The 1st time, the crew was in the parking lot smoking weed. And when I got to the drive-thru to order, I was told there weren't taking orders because their "system" was down. Last night I order thru the app. When I got to the box to pick up my order, I was told they were out of chicken. So they couldn't prepare my order. Why is this location even open if we can't never get food from there. Then the kicker of it all...I have to cancel my order thru the app and it takes 2 days for my money to be refunded. ? While I was at the drive-thru box the Mgr comes on and says... "can you get out of drive-thru you making our time go up." I don't are about y'all time, I'm trying to get refunded.

Rude service. Food tasted like it was sitting for hours in the heating bay before being served to my girlfriend and I. I couldn't even finish my meal. I'm not a huge Popeyes fan to begin with, and this experience surely hasn't changed that.... also they didn't have half of the items we asked for.

I went to Popeye's on Hwy 80 on Monday. I ordered a leg, wing, and wanted some macaroni. I was told very sternly that I can't just order that and that it would need to be a meal which would have a biscuit. I asked could we leave the biscuit off and was told that it was free, but that it would could with my food. No problem! I got to the window and I slipped up and asked for a cup of water, offering to pay if there was a charge, and you would have thought that I cursed or something. The young lady rolled her eyes so hard that they could have fallen out of her head. She proceeded to give me the water, but with no receipt after I paid for my order. Rude doesn't really sum up the attitudes of some of these people. I truly believe that when it starts coming down to customer service alone, as to whether businesses get customers... this Popeyes will be out of business. This young lady REALLY needs to get it together. Despite this, my food hot, order correct, and the young lady did give me napkins and needed condiments, so it wasn't all bad!
