I've been here twice and both times the blonde hair guy was so nasty and rude. When I say I just want a one time wash, that is what I mean. I had a free wash one time and I did not want a membership. He was rude that time as well. No issues with anyone else. The washer itself was fine but the guy at the Paystation was nasty mannered. If you don't purchase a membership with them he will be rude and nasty to you even if you are still buying a one time wash. This was my experience. I can't speak for anyone else but I won't be back because of the rudeness. It gave me anxiety after I drove off to go through the wash. I was upset.

Very nice and hard-working employees.
To my shame, it has been a while since my car has been washed.
I asked questions about the effectiveness of getting the whole car washed.
The young lady was honest and found a solution to my car wash with 100% satisfaction.
I received the unlimited car package deal.
So I went through more than once and I left with a clean car and a "no excuses" deal to keep her clean and not go broke doing so.?
Thanks to the three staff.

I'm putting in Consumer Complaint of them. They tell you that you can get unlimited wash for a month for $15. Then use your card to charge $28 monthly for "revolving " account. SCAM.

My truck was bug splattered from traveling, and the lady I encountered did a few brush strokes on the front but I asked her to use the brush on the windshield several times but still wouldn't do it. I spent over 25 dollars for the deluxe wash and wax. Didn't remove any of the dried bug juices. Very angry and won't be back.

It didn’t clean my truck plus left soap on it and when I asked the attendant could we rewash or at least spray the soap off she not only said they don’t do rewashes she said I need to wash it myself after paying $ 25 for the best wash they offer! I don’t recommend

They let me purchase a wash ($20) at 8:02 and then shut the vacuum off at 8:13. The wash was garbage and so was the customer service!!

Avoid this car wash place! They are only worried about making their sales quota. They have the worse customer service and it’s a complete joke. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place tricked me into getting the monthly $24.99 by telling me I could pay that for the month and wash as often as I want. I ask if I would be getting the same wash all month, they said yes. This month they took from my bank account $45.99. I questioned them and they say ‘no refunds’.
I could or would never pay $45.99 a month. They didn’t lie they just trick you in to thinking that you are only going to be charged the $24.99 because I ask them specifically if I would pay for the same wash. I will never go back to this wash. This is misleading and fraud. They give you the paperwork after you accept and then wonder why you didn’t read the fine print but you are already in the wash line.

The worst car wash in town. Employees are as terrible as the machines that won’t even wash a water spot off of the vehicle. The vacuums were so weak that it wouldn’t suck dust from the carpet. The towels were disgusting. If you care about your vehicle go somewhere else like Snappys up the street. You are welcome

I have been a couple times, as I work in the area. This morning, I placed my Visa card in the machine to make my $10 payment. A young man came up to me and ask me about a membership. I responded nicely that I was not interested, I did not frequent the area enough. He then asked me again. I stated no. He asked me a 3RD TIME! I said, I am not interested. He told me I did not have to have an attitude. FIRST, I answered nicely the first couple of times. SECOND, I am still spending money at this business, regardless if I have a membership or not. Who do these people hire, speaking to customers in this manner? ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Take your business elsewhere!
