I was scheduled an appointment by my warranty company for one choice appliance repair to come work on my dishwasher. They came promptly and figured out a solution to my problem. They are ordering the part and will be back to complete third pair.

Sharlyne at One Choice has been with us over the past 4 months every step of the way with an issue we have had on our brand new Bosch Dishwasher. Too much to go into but she has been our point of contact and I have talked to her on numerous occasions. She has always been very understanding and made us feel as a customer like our concerns were not only heard by her but she was always quick to act on our part. I am sure she is a valued employee for the company.

Unfortunately I had to recall the office because the washer continued to leak after initial repair, but fortunately I was rescheduled quickly and ensured a convenient time within my schedule. They will be doing a followup in a few days. Great

I had a leak on my brand new dishwasher and Mr Richard and Mr John came and checked it out. They took care of the issue in no time. I will definitely call again if I have issues in the future.

This is the second time I have used One Choice. Just like the first time it was a great experience. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly. They updated me on when to expect the technician. When he arrived he was professional, courteous and got my appliances working. I would definitely use One Choice again

Great on arrival time and checked my dishwasher and microwave. Richard gave the update on what needed to be done. AHS reached out, and all is good...Will reccomend to others... The entire crew was outstanding, especially Sharyne, she was professional, kind. And knowledgeable, I was kept updated and she reached out to make sure all was well...Great Job Team...

Anna customer service over the phone was exceptional. My technicians that came to the house were beyond knowledgeable and friendly. They did their jobs extremely well analyze the problem fixed what they could ordered the parts for what needed to be repaired and will come back later to finish the job, exceptional work on all of the spectrum this will be my repair company from now on I’m extremely pleased Is very seldom these days that you get Customer Service like this anymore what a pleasant surprise. Wonderful job top-notch service

Every bit of my experience was exceptional - starting and ending with Sharlyne! She was very communicative/responsive and extremely pleasant and efficient. The tech that came out was also great- he was even training a newcomer and walked him through everything he was doing so he could actually learn, not just “watch.” Highly recommend!!

Thought my washing machine had ran its course until my repair guy (Richard) took his time to figure out the problem. He was patient with me and my 100 questions (exaggeration lol). I have four children in the house, so the need to have it up and running quick was a must. Richard requested a rush for the part I needed and came to install once it arrived. If I ever need any other appliance repaired (hopefully I won’t), Richard is definitely who I would want to fix it.
