Poor customer service ...or at least the woman answering the phones...just a nasty attitude.

We didn't have no work done here but instead of telling us how much the parts would cost he figured up how much the car was worth and then gave a price to get the most he could get out of our insurance company I'd rather him just gave a price for each part
