“Was greeted by a big juicy when I walked in. She was real nice and helpful. She even gave me a blue lollipop after she returned my package. I enjoyed that lollipop very much. Sucking on it all the way home. I even enjoyed it while I sat in my driveway, wondering if I wanted to go inside my house or go back to the ups store for another delicious lollipop I scored from the big juicy behind the counter

“I was there for a long time, granted the employee was packed with work he was the only one working there today. He helped me out with my complex situation of shipping something internationally, while he was attending 20+ costumers at the same time. He was never rude, really efficient and kind to all costumers. Finally I was able to help him out a little and my situation got sorted out. I regret not remembering his name, but he definitely needs either a raise or a promotion!!!

“I cannot adequately express my gratitude to ( I hope I get this right) Kayla and Teresa for their help returning an item today. When I walked into the store they both acknowledged my presence and welcomed me to the store. I had made several attempts to print out a return label and was unsuccessful every time. At my advanced age sometimes dealing with technology is sometimes difficult. Kayla and Teresa figured out a way to make it happen, were very patient and even offered to label and tape the box and ship it of course. Thank you ladies for your help today. It was greatly appreciated.”
