My wife been with this company for 11yrs she got in a accident a month ago which was not her fault she talked to holly in the insurance department one time she has tried to call her several times just to ask questions it always goes straight to voicemail no matter what time she calls and holly wont call her back after leaving a msg i guess 11yrs of service and a million miler does mean anything anymore if someone in management could contact my wife would be nice it's obvious holly isn't going to
