Horrible management. They advertise both on google and on their door that they’re open until 8pm CT however they close their doors at 7pm. If this establishment wants to close early, they need to reflect this online and on their doors.

Despite being in the Central Time zone, this location observes Eastern time zone. If you’re a local, I guess you know that. However, if you’re not a local you can expect a rude employee to 1.) ignore you and then 2.) rudely inform you they observe EST and are closed. Yes, the times are posted on the store front, but maybe a sign advising they are in EST would help with the confusion and poor interaction with the employees.

Y’all might want to invest some time into retraining Kim specifically. I’m quite annoyed as I was in a hurry. I needed a lockbox but I’ve never been in this store so I asked where they were at and she looked at me kinda confused and said that they have safes and I said “no. The lockboxes that go around door handles” and she says “oh we don’t sell those” now I know they do 100%. I had to call my boyfriend and HE had to direct me over the phone to tell me exactly where In the store to find one. It’s quite pathetic that someone who doesn’t even work there nor was even there in person was able to direct me to them but an employee didn’t even know that the store she works in sells them at all.
