Seriously disappointed in this place. Wife brought her Mazda in after it had been in an accident and what was supposed to take a few days took almost 4 weeks. When she finally got the car, they let her drive off with a check engine light and the fuel gauge not working, both of which worked fine before the car was taken in. I told her to take it back. They ran a diagnostic and cleared the check engine light but the fuel gauge still doesn’t work. They told her to drive it over the weekend and if it didn’t work to call them again on Monday. Poor service and poor communication, along with shoddy work will be the reason for the one star. While other people may recommend, our family does not.

Gibbons was a dream to work with! Matt took my first call and he helped me every step of the way through getting my vehicle towed to the shop, keeping me updated on the work, etc. they were so kind and thorough. My car looked better when it came out of the shop than it did before I even wrecked it! They’ll have my business and referrals in the future for sure.

This place will lie to you and tell you one thing and you get another or just don’t get it at all and although they did offer to fix my dog light they destroyed when replacing the from bumper I didn’t need them to have my vehicle for another month and constantly get excuses as to why it wasn’t ready yet so in my opinion I wouldn’t use them again EVER and will be taking moly vehicles in the future to Sheffield collision and deal with them instead on being lied to over and over and over as they didServices: Painting

I would recommend anyone coming here for their car needs. Mr. Gibbons has always been amazing with every single repair my mothers cars have needed. Guy has been in touch with me and has handled everything I needed done for me, I can not say how thankful I am for him stepping in and getting things done.Amazing people and amazing work.

Wow Gibbons is amazing! John Gibbons worked on my car several years ago. The lengths they take to ensure paint matches is incredible. I swear my car looked like it just rolled out of the factory. And I never had a problem after driving away. The car ran great (and accident free) for the next 6 years. I send a lot of friends to Gibbons and everyone is always pleased.
