“I had a frustrating experience when I ordered a dryer from the Buena Vista store. After facing delivery delays and excuses, I decided to contact the Veterans location. Lena at the Veterans location confirmed they had the dryer in stock and offered for me to pick it up. However, when I arrived at the Buena Vista location, I encountered more excuses and was told they didn't have the dryer kits or plugs. Frustrated, I returned to the Veterans location and spoke with Lena again. She instructed me to pick up the kit and cord and assured me I would be reimbursed. Upon unboxing the dryer at home, I discovered it was damaged and missing parts. I contacted Lena, sent her pictures, and left a message for the district manager. After about an hour, Lena called back and asked me to come in for an exchange. I spoke with Chad, the district manager, who apologized and offered to credit me for all the issues. I was impressed with Chad's proactive response and Lena's assistance, as they both went above and beyond, even on Chad's day off.This is the way a company should treat people. Give me a call next time you are looking for management. Like to work with a company that goes the distance to help customers.”

“Target is just ok. I wish the items in the mens section rotated out so you had a nice variety to choose from. The selection is lackluster at best. Certain items are only sold for a really short amount of time. If you don’t catch it initially, you won’t catch it at all.”

“I had to replace an oversized chair I have had for 12 years. It has been in many pictures as my grands have been growing and hated to part with it. I went back multiple times and they were so patient and kind. I wanted a specifoc look and size. Shopped other furniture stores and Tate's staff were top notch as well as the choices of chairs. I can't say enough good things about them. They have furnished many not my family's homes as well.After Christmas, the tree comes down and this will move to the window. This happens every year, so it has to be the right size..So pleased with my purchase.”
