My expertise is in Customer Service, and this company walks the walk and talks the talk! James constantly guided me, gave me constant updates, was extremely patient, kind and funny in every time I needed assurance on my precious TV. He made me feel that I was FAMILY in the way he sought solutions that helped to fix my TV, and that were financially beneficially to ME first. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He reminds me of the good 'ol days, when your word was was your bond, and you could depend on honest people to do the right thing by you. I am Blessed to have him take care of us in this area.
