Doug and his crew did an amazing job getting some deep scratches out of my 2023 Porsche Cayenne. You wouldn't know that my child dragged her bicycle along the door. It looks just like it did the day it was delivered brand new. Thanks Doug!

Dykes was recommended to me by my insurance agent even though I live in Opelika. I had to wait longer to get my appointment date, but it was well worth the wait. I see why they are in such great demand. They do outstanding work! I am terribly fussy about my car which is always in showroom condition, and Jason the technician did not disappoint. The work done was perfect in every detail, including hidden damage behind the dented back bumper. I cannot say enough about Ashley. She is so knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress of my repair. She also told me about "diminished value", which I had no idea about. Ashley knows every detail of any repair work necessary, and all the details needed working with the insurance company. Upon arriving to pick up my car, it was washed and cleaned inside and out. I am so very pleased to have my car back in pre-crash condition and showroom quality! Thank you all at Dykes Body Shop! Outstanding work and friendly service!Services: Painting

They were recommended by a friend. After multiple attempts to get the status of the repair, which they would never call you back after saying they would, I finally got my car back. It was a rear end collision so most of the rear of the car had to be replaced. The car was missing all of the factory decals, paint was chipped on the trunk, one of the tail lights had a crack in it (this was suppose to be new!). After pointing this out, they said they are waiting for the decals and light replacement to come in but I could take it home and they would call me. I've called them every week since then. THEY WON'T CALL ME BACK AND NEVER CALLED ME ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT PARTS COMING IN. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your vehicle somewhere that wants your business. All I have now is regret and a car missing parts.Services: Painting

I took these guys a “I’ll fix it myself” mess of a car and told them no rush , 3 business days later it’s ready to be picked up I am beyond amazed and shock about how fast and cheap the repairs are were.
