The worst dollar general. It states they open at 8, went in around 8:20 and had to knock on the door confused why it wasn’t open. Myself and another customer was standing there and she came over with an attitude stating she had to count her drawer. Okay, why is this not completed before business hours like a properly ran store would. They usually always have something broken, one day it took me nearly 20 min in line to check out because something was broken and they did not want to use the other register for whatever reason. Horrible, manager is so rude!!!Now looking at other reviews, I see this has been a constant behavior with the manager at this location. Clearly the owner is aware of the issue and does not care. I will not be back to this location.

They are a complete joke!! Not one of the employees need to have a job where they are around people/dealing with customer service. They are rude and they don't want to be there. It's obvious they don't want to help anyone. I've never been treated so poorly ever in my life.

What's crazy about this store is you can go in there during the day and it runs just fine I can walk in nunnelly find whatever I need but at night it's a completely different story it's funny that I can go in during the day and add money to my cash app or other miscellaneous things but at night the young girl that's in there she always says their machines down or something's always broken in the store or I asked her if they had any lighters she was so rude no one else was even in the store besides her and I I figured she could at least walk to the back and got me a lighter but I guess you don't get that kind of help anymore any type of stores. Very disappointed and the store is always dirty at night it's never clean no more during the day it is but at night completely different that's like you walked into a completely different store if you're trying to load any money to your cash app card you can forget it

The manager is rude and racist. She wants to have a black culture so bad with her long nails and tan but will rather act priveledge when she works at dollar general. Needs to be humble and all the energy she has towards the customers can go towards being more knowledgeable since she always on the phone asking questions.

There are so many jobs out there if customer service is not for you ....not one smile, not a how are u, just very short and she makes you feel like your bothering her with your purchase. Not coming to this location again

I send one star because for one the store manager is quite rude as always, Everytime I come in the store she's never at the register and is always stocking things up when she have multiple people in line waiting for her. This is not the first time and im sure this is not the last time this is going to happen she is VERY RUDE. If she's gonna be a store manager she needs to act like it and act like she want to be there! Also she dont greet you when you walk in she just looks and rolls her eyes something has to be done.

The location of the store isn't all that great because it sits back off the street and it's very dark in the parking lot. I also didn't care for the parking. I had to pull in an good to the back of the store to turn around and park. A young man was in front of the store pacing back and forth with his shirt off.. No one came over to ask him to leave, customers coming in and out mostly women and I felt that he should of been asked to move along He was there over 30 minutes. I didn't feel safe and lighting is definitely needed in the parking area and the back/sides of that location.
