How could a pharmacy be this bad.
Their app doesn’t remind you of prescriptions. And if you call to check the status their 1800 number is useless and they never answer the phone at the local location.
Moving my prescriptions to Publix. CVS needs to close here.

Every month I have to call them in order to refill a certain prescription because on the app it will say too early to refill but it's not (every time) so I call them and they always take forever to answer the phone. If its because your short staffed then these people need to learn to multitask. The company makes billions of dollars but yet dont want to hire people to run the business in a better timely manner. They would rather make people wait on the phone for 30 mins to talk to someone. Ridiculous and you wonder why more people are going to Walmart. By the way the drive thru is always closed when I go by there so again what's the point of having one if it's always too short staffed to run it. Might as well close down because that's what's going to happen anyways sooner or later. The screenshot is when they finally answered the phone.

This is the worse CVS They are rude unprofessional and honestly, they need to close this pharmacy down if they don’t hire better people because it’s ridiculous. The service that I get from CVS every time I come here.

If I could give CVS pharmacy on Crawford Rd a damn zero I would!!!!! Crawford Rd location just need to close down!!!!! The pharmacy technician are rude and don’t know what the hell they doing customer service is horrible!!!! They never have your prescription it’s always delayed just throw the whole pharmacy away and just go to the one on Hilton ave in Columbus they don’t mind helping you and they will have your prescription and yes they have a line but it moves much faster then Crawford rd In Phenix city every time I go it’s a problem I’m never going back again!!!

Had a prescription called in from the dr. Waited over an hour to get it, hours after my appointment. That was fine. I was told it wasn’t ready yet. So I waited. Then, I was told I could just get something otc. What an absolute joke.

The property is frankly disgusting - litter everywhere and the property seems completely uncared for. Condescending and rude staff, completely disorganized and unreliable.

I advise everyone to go elsewhere. I went to pick up meds and the drive threw was closed 3 times in a row, and they wouldn't answer the phone. They want u to come inside but how does that work for older people that can't walk long distances? Or for people that just had surgery? The pharmacy is in the back of the store and they make u wait when u walk in there. I wish I could give zero star's. Never again

CVS PHARMACY 2514 Crawford rd they had a sign up stating they were out for lunch, but never removed the sign, which had people waiting 30- hour long waiting on them to come to the window. When I called they stated, “ well the drive thru is not working” ? I said, “ why would you have a sign up stating it’s out of order vs. lunch sign” we have been waiting for almost an 30 minutes and an elderly woman waited an hour!!!!!!! They are completely trash and do not have any common sense! Please corporate handle this location, before we all go to Walgreens or another pharmacy down the street

I was given less needles and syringes than needed for my prescription and upon return I was told I wasnt able to purchase more until I had a new refill. Stay away from this pharmacy. Rude personnel.SSG De Jesus Perez, US ARMY

Being put on hold for 45 mins to be hung up on . Call back again to be hung up on again , and finally calling back to get the " We are currently at lunch message " when I called way before the " lunch break" started is the typical experience with CVS. I expect nothing but the absolute worst experience with them and they continue to shine through with it .

This pharmacy is the worst. The employees are over worked and understaffed, so expect attitude. It's going to be a 30-minute minimum wait in line every time, probably just to be told your medicine isn't ready. Better off finding another pharmacy.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. Pharmacy employees are rude, they hang up on customers, and do not communicate with each other or customers at all. My advice is stop giving this business your money. Go to a different pharmacy, there are two right across the street from here. CVS is never going to improve because they don't care except anything except money. They certainly won't be getting any more of mine.

Waiting in line I can hear the small girl behind the counter yelling at a customer from behind the counter , telling her if she doesn't like it there to go to a different pharmacy ?? THIS was a woman in her 70s . I get to the counter to find out it was the same girl that was rude to me over the phone . I told her I was coming in to get my prescription and she told me I couldn't it was due to go back into stock and to call when I wanted to pick it up . I said that's why I'm on the phone with you . And she replied call tomorrow . So I went in right away to pick them up . At the counter the little one says I already told her not to come in ( what ) then says whatever give it to her it saves me time . I will be moving all my prescriptions to Walmart . I will no longer deal with your rude staff or stand for being disrespected !!!!!!!

Do better.. y’all have Liget answered the phone then hung up on me 4 times I hear y’all in the back ground telling them to hang up the phone. You’ve had my script for 4 days now and refuse to speak to me . I will be transferring my hole family elsewhere
