How could a pharmacy be this bad. Their app doesn’t remind you of prescriptions. And if you call to check the status their 1800 number is useless and they never answer the phone at the local location.

This is the worse CVS They are rude unprofessional and honestly, they need to close this pharmacy down if they don’t hire better people because it’s ridiculous. The service that I get from CVS every time I come here.

Had a prescription called in from the dr. Waited over an hour to get it, hours after my appointment. That was fine. I was told it wasn’t ready yet. So I waited. Then, I was told I could just get something otc. What an absolute joke.
