Very unprofessional and very disrespectful, job Was shoddy at best, if you want to pay hundreds of dollars to have someone scream at you and mess up your car, they are definitely the way to go

Look at the photos - do not go here - owner claimed he primed under the paint but it's bare metal under. Lied straight to my face, with no integrity. The owner told me he primed under the paint; he did not; how do I know, because not 5 hours of having it back and it's chipped four spots, and you can tell l they did not prime like they said they did, he also told me initially he would do a skim coat of body filler, this never happened, there are 40 in total pinch weld marks, we're talking they are figure nail thin. About 1/10 the size of a dime, so tiny but so noticeable, I know I could have put body filler in these little pinches in under an hour, for god knows what reason claims it would be 100 hours of labor, totally false. I will take the Jeep to several different paint shops once I have it running and have them look at the chips and spot welds, and if I'm wrong, I will update this, but I already showed the pictures to a body guy here In town, and he said he's shocked, he said that's a 500$ paint job at best. I texted the owner after five months of poor communication, and he said, "yes, it's done. Come get it" then why haven't you called me? Are you just going to let it sit around? Then he told me I had 4 hours to get it out of his shop or he would charge me $35.00 a day for "storage" I had to leave work early and scramble to find a tow truck driver; when I asked the owner if he had fixed all the blemishes, he told me no; he cussed me out and told me to "stop playing games with him," and then said the work I had done on the jeep was a s*** show; even if this was true, what in the world does my work have to do with his bodywork? He's acting like he was fixing it or something, All in all, here's a summary of my experience - The most unprofessional hot head I have ever met in my life - worst "business" transaction I've ever experienced. EVER. - paying customer and I was yelled at, insulted, disrespected and lied directly to my face on multiple occasions. - 5 months for a paint job. - he told me he would prime the Jeep, didn't then double down on his lie that it's primed when it's not. - there are two dents on the Jeep that was not there when I initially brought it in. - there are black spots in the paint (No clue what This is or where it came from) - I JUST had the Jeep rewired, spent $1,800.00 and over 50 hours of my own time, and he over-sprayed all over the connections and my new fuse box. - he would probably claim this would have taken 100 hours to prevent Might I add I was charged a total of almost $4,000.00 - my macco paint job for $300.00 looks better and hasn't chipped once in 6 weeks also there was 0 over spray, anywhere, probably because they do their job and actually prime / tape, no I'm not making that up.

Coker Body shop repaired my Toyota Highlander after being rear ended at a stop light. My custom paint job was matched perfectly and they repaired some scratch marks that were unrelated to the accident at no charge. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any car repairs.

Recently I over heard one of their employees talking to a customer, and let’s just say it was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to. I feel that you should never raise your voice, argue, and belittle anyone especially if there are others listening whether you are aware or not. It’s not a very good look for business. I definitely would not recommend this company strictly on the fact that communication is too unprofessional. If I were on the receiving end I would have hung up, the customer definitely handled in a respectful manner.

Coker Paint and Body repaired my Nissan Titan XD after a tractor trailer truck bashed in my driver side rear door. They took care of me start to finish, contacting the insurance company and even making sure all the parts were high quality. They took care of communications with the rental car company and even went the second mile by picking me up and dropping me off. Chris Coker delivered my truck on a Friday eve when I was 50 miles away, with a full tank of gas and he had even had it detailed. These guys are the BEST! Very high class and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them for big and small jobs. Every where I go in my truck I get compliments on how good it looks and no one knows it was ever damaged.
