Don't store here. It is not safe. If you don't buy their lock, they get mad, and then whoops your lock is gone and you've been robbed! Guess what? Their camera's don't work. After we were robbed, she asked if we kept jewelry in the unit. We said no. The look on her face was clear. She knew different. We'll never forget it. Come to realize, we did have our jewelry in there. So how did she know?

Central Storage is the cleanest Storage facility that I have used in the tri-city area. I am big on presentation and they meet the high standards of being ex-mililitary. Darren Horne is a great blessing to this community. The day to day Manager: Donna Harden is a phenomenal woman who tries to help all customers regardless of who you are. She is an expert on helping with your Storage needs and works with you. I applaud this business.

Do not rent a storage building from this place. First off, prices are ridiculous and bill was paid by the 7th along with a $15 late fee and they still put their lock on. Now it's the 15th of the month and the lock is still on!

I had my storage unit broken into and they were NO HELP! The security cameras are a joke they won't even review them IF THEY WERE EVEN ON! If your unit gets broken into ITS JUST TOO BAD FOR YOU. Not the first time it has happened. Don't leave your stuff there thinking it will be under security or servielanced . It Won't Be Safe!
