They're literally worse than landlords. They also call and annoy your references just as much as you. It's a buy as it is lot so there's gonna be a problem or two with the car whether you see it or not. Just be very through if buying a car from them and don't miss a payment you'll see their true colors.

Truly phenomenal! Veronica and the entire team are incredible sweet, helpful, and make the guy buying experience extremely pleasant. Nicole is so sweet and funny. Car buying can be incredibly stressful and she made the experience relaxed and memorable.

Mr.Tony is an amazing salesman, as far as the company itself i do not recommend. I purchased a 2014 chevy cruze, the day i purchased it it started smoking. I noticed the piece around the engine got replaced and oil was spilled on the engine which caused smoking . On day 7 of me having my vehicle it started running hot causing the car not to be drivable. Nobody informed me that they worked on my car the same day of purchasing, i was aware of them putting gas in it but not replacing any parts . I have been calling to get updates but its been nothing but the run around . The same day of purchasing my vehicle 2 other ladies was sitting in the lobby stating how they have to replace a new motor for their car. I am not sure if the mechanic is thoroughly looking at the vehicles before putting them on the lot . Everybody i have asked advice from has had bad reviews for this company. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE . I understand things arent done fast but i would like to be updated on my vehicle. Not sure whats wrong, where its at or if i would need a rental vehicle til my current one is fixed . Please work on making sure vehicles are fixed properly and reliable before putting on the lot . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with car-mart . Hopefully when I receive my vehicle everything is fixed and WORTH PAYING FOR !

We got a really nice Ford Escape for a great deal. We had help from Nicole picking one out, she was so incredibly helpful and made the experience so fun. Car Mart is amazing they helped my brother and sister in law get a vehicle the same day after we drove around all morning to several car lots with no luck. they worked with us to get something nice and affordable and it was a simple process that was done quickly. thank so much I will recommend them to anyone in the future.
