  My apologies for last review... I I mistaken this Lovely stop along our trip and everything was on point with Excellent service... Even the restrooms were clean... That last review was another BP Gas Station in Atlanta, Ga. In a residential area with retail and restaurants....but restroom ALWAYS out of order....

  TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE!! Do not look in your mirrors & try to watch your trailer as you enter this place you instead better be watching for the one little sign on the pole as you enter this truck parking lot and stop in the fuel island and pay for the parking first and be sure you post the pass right away because otherwise they boot you asap. If you don't watch for the only small sign here that's on the pole at the entrance to pay the parking fees they will sneak up while your sitting in here and boot your truck and force you to pay a $575.00 fee to have it removed!! We stopped in here to park for the night, I was awake and sitting in the passenger's seat but had the curtains closed which is something I always do, he went to sleep. Three hours later someone had a very bright flashlight and was shining it at the windows and pounding on our truck I went to the window to see who it was but couldn't see the person due to the light he was shining in my face I asked them to move the light & there was a man there trying to hand me a card I asked what he wanted and he kept saying here and waving the card I asked him again what he wanted and he said that our truck had been booted and that we would need to call the number on this card and pay $575.00 to have it removed I asked why were we booted he said because we didn't pay to park, I told him we would have paid had we known we needed to pay and that we saw no signage stating that it cost to park here he said there is a sign at the entrance on a pole stating it is paid parking, I told him no problem we will go in and pay he said it was too late that we were already booted & have to pay to have the devices removed then we could pay to park, I told him that we didn't see a sign so didn't know and that usually someone would knock first to let you know you needed to pay or ask you to move he said they do not knock here THEY ARE TOLD NOT TO KNOCK TO JUST BOOT THE TRUCK so we had been booted and not just us but 6 other drivers trucks had also been booted including one that had just pulled in beside us a few minutes before and went to his bunk to change before he was going in to pay to park there they booted him while he was asking them what they were doing. The man that we had to deal with was laughing and seem to think the entire situation was funny while letting us all know (all 6 drivers) that we had been booted as well as that he didn't boot us even though he did boot us and removed the boots later after we had to pay. They booted our truck so quietly and also put a device on our emergency air glad hand I never heard anything until they pounded on the truck and I was wide awake at the time and with a bright light too, that was scary for me, this was very sneaky and being there's only one small sign at the entrance on a pole is ludicrous & shows just how they feel about truck drivers in this place. I We have always paid for parking and would have here had we seen a sign or been asked but they are told not to let you know just to boot you then they laugh about it. This place is intentionally booting trucks to extort $575.00 per truck on a 24 hour basis and I was told that the woman that owns this place is trying to clean it up by doing this but yet we have never been here before, we have brand new equipment and we do not throw anything out or on the ground and this place is inundated with old broken down vehicles throughout the truck parking area and cars everywhere in truck parking places so locals can save their spots. I also picked up two screws and had to change two drive tires one on each side of my truck after going in this place it is truly a mess in this lot. The fact that they are using predatory practices to supposedly clean this place up and to take $575.00 per truck that attempts to park here and with just the one sign at the entrance shows just exactly how the people that own it truly feel about truck drivers and I don't go to or spend my money at a place I'm not wanted.

  Experienced staff assures you're in and out. Management will work to no avail to please you. It's well stocked, extremely clean, hot food to go and a safe atmosphere. It's a model for other stores looking to succeed. I've been a customer there for years.

  At night, Rap music playing while the place smelled like a sewer, and the staff acted like they hardly cared. This has happed more than two nights. If you hire cheap trashy workers, they will eventually treat your place like it's cheap, and trashy. I was almost fully impressed the first time I came here (but the cheap jewelry is a eyesore at any time of the day), but then again it was in the night time. It seems to me that whoever owns that gas station needs to start firing the current staff, and hire more respectable (non-ghetto) personnel.
