I had to adjust my review from a 4 to 5 stars. The service is here is amazing. While the store itself is basic, I have found the furniture to be good quality. The staff is so friendly and helpful... I think, "Am I really shopping at Big Lots?" Thank you BL for offering the best. ❤️

The lady who worked there was extremely helpful, but they didn't have what I was looking for. A friend bought something one day and I went the next day to get one and there were none. That's the thing about Big Lots. If you see something you want, get it then. There will be no second chance.
