Had some issues with internet and called in. Dorothy is the absolute BEST! Great personality as well as very thorough. Followed up with me to make sure I was happy and the work had been done in a satisfactory manner! CTV BEAM needs more like her!

I called the help line and I got the nicest service person. I think her name was Dorothy? They had done a maintenance shut down of the internet and the next day mine wasn't working and I didn't know about the maintenance shutdown. When I called, she looked into what was going on and walked me through getting my internet back up. It's always refreshing to get a nice service person, that is patient with some of us who need a little extra help ha. Thank you!!! Terri

I've been with Beam for years since this is the only internet company approved in my area...I don't recommend until it's your last result but overall Mrs. Drea made my experience worth it . Not only is she super sweet and professional but she is an amazing soul that goes over and beyond. I was very grateful and appreciative for all she had done. If you go with beam ask for her everytime! She get it done no matter your attitude .....love her! P.s. don't b mean to my gal!
