Wait time is a bit slow with everyone on phones but the one employee I encountered was well mannered and answered all of my questions. Prices were average compared to other competitors. Spent roughly about ten minutes in the store, with the longest part just waiting on someone to become available.

Typical auto zone. Not a bad store semi clean staff is semi helpful. They had a lot of new staff when I visited not sure if this is a training store but it wasn’t the worst experience. They needed to order the part but thankfully the employee checked with another store and we got it there instead of waiting. Good call and time saver so some staff does care and in fact do their job.

My car battery died today and we barely made it to auto zone. That’s also when I find out my battery is placed behind the driver side tire panel. But much thanks to Rebecca and Rusty for allowing us to use their personal tools to be able to replace the battery. They provided us with water and assistance on getting it out and very knowledgeable. It took way more time than expected to get the battery out. But we greatly appreciate what they have done.

The staff was wonderful!!! They were professional, caring, very helpful. Jayme and Morgan hit customer service out of the ball park. They were absolutely amazing...!!!

I placed order online but was not pulled and ready when I arrived at the store. It was chaotic and unorganized. The woman behind the counter kept making comments about a "missing employee" who was still in the bathroom. That's not information you share with customers. Unprofessional I must say.
