Completely disappointed. This store is beautiful and has several things to offer. I love the smoothies and the frozen coffees, but the staff needs an attitude adjustment!! I am absolutely blown away. Upon opening, they had drawings. Anything from NASCAR tickets, free smoothies for “a year†(which is really just 12 smoothies- one per month and you are forced to come in once a month- you can't stamp even 1 day early! ) to Monster and Coca Cola products. We were fortunate enough to win free smoothies for a year and the Talladega nascar tickets ! We found out our child had brain cancer 2 weeks after winning the tickets. At the time we won the tickets we were what we thought to be stoked. Little did we know this bomb would be dropped on us and that we would be even more thankful and excited to have won the tickets. The paper says clearly “you've won two tickets to the 10-14 nascar race in talladega! The tickets will be available for pick up at this location TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the event. Congratulations and we hope you enjoyâ€. We have been living at St . Jude. We were trying to make plans to take the boys to the race. Our family was going to make sure we got there one way or another! As funds are limited since my husband and I had to quit or jobs after our son's diagnosis. We notice the race is coming up soon so we began to call 3 weeks before the race. We were told misguiding information every phone call. We were told to call back Monday. Then on Monday - call back tomorrow. It was a vicious cycle. One of the employees sent us the contact number for the guy with the tickets (finally) the evening BEFORE the race. My husband didn't even get the text until after the race started bc Korbin , our st Jude patient, had the phone. Korbin is 3. He doesn't tell us when Texts come in. He just clears them out and sometimes even opens them up. For us to find later, sometimes even days or weeks later. The message she sent said “call him Monday†. The race was Saturday. How does that even make sense? Even if we did receive the text - the evening before the race , right after she sent it- we wouldn't have had time to prepare! We have to get an okay from the doc first to even take him ! Not to mention we need time to pack and actually get there. Oh and we would have been short a ticket! So we had been calling in advanced to make sure we had time to get a matching ticket . We had to go back to town to take care of our social security appointment and to check on our home, things like that. We had a weekend to do so , so we shot on home. We stopped by freedom fuels to explain to them that we had spoken to Robert at Monster and he had no idea what we were talking about. Instead of them being compassionate and understanding we were treated as if “Oh well, the race has passed, what do you expect us to do ?â€. No respect whatsoever. None. The girl who sent the message (I'm trying not to mention names!) spoke up instantly and said with the rudest tone and attitude ever “ I sent you the number! The other family got to the race just fineâ€. Well excuse the heck out of me! You'd think since we called 2.5-3 weeks before the race EVERY SINGLE DAY, that we too would have made it okay. It just breaks my heart. We didn't ask to win the tickets. We just dropped our name in the hat and didnt expect anything to come about. We were so excited that we took all of our business there. Pierce crossing is closer to our home. We purchased all of our gas, cigarettes and even coffees from America's Freedom Fuels! We told our friends and family how gracious they were and how amazing their store was. It's beautiful. But the store doesn't make the biggest impression. The people working behind the counter do. I enjoy the amenities of Freedom Fuels. But I appreciate good customer service more. It makes a lasting impression. Bad customer service makes it even harder to forget! They never apologized or anything. I was expecting a completely different reaction. It's bad for business to promise so

Customer Service is no longer important to many companies. Freedom Fuels is an exception. A product that I buy regularly has been recalled by the distributor and the staff and owner have gone out of there way to satisfy me. The owner even exchanged my product that I purchased from another local store.

Not a super large selection but still decent. Friendly service and stays open later than any other package store in the area. Will definitely be back.
