I called them to check on a window that I needed and could not find in Mississippi where I am from. Unfortunately they could not get my window in , but was very helpful .They went out of their way to call their supplier and then called me back.. I call that great customer service.

I stopped in 431 Supply looking for a small amount of speaker wire. The could have easily charged me a few dollars, but instead, they were so kind and told me to go ahead and take it for free. It’s the kind people like this that make up for the really crummy ones.
