All of the Pharmacy Staff are so kind, and recognize me when I walk up inside or drive up to the window.

The majority of the pharmacists here are negligent. I called ahead for Vancomycin (a very strong antibiotic, I was very sick and had just left the ER). We get there, and an entire group of pharmacy workers tell me, WITHOUT LOOKING, that they don’t have Vancomycin. We told this entire group of workers that we had called ahead. They looked at us like we were stupid, and said again without looking “we don’t have it”. Then a younger girl popped up and said that she had taken the call and walked around a corner and showed everyone a massive bottle of vancomycin. Will never return to this Publix. Every worker. Every worker behind that counter with the exception of that young woman was arrogant, rude, and negligent.

Just went to pick my son's medicine up they gave me only one out of two I was there for then acted like I was seeking drugs when I went in an told them I didn't get my son's ADHD medicine. Just because they messed up on their end and put in the computer that I had already picked it up but I had not.

I have switched all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because of MULTIPLE terrible experiences. I have never dealt with any kind of issues with Publix pharmacies, until I moved here and had to use this pharmacy. Employees are ALWAYS rude and will literally argue with you about prescriptions. My boyfriend and I have both had to argue with them MULTIPLE different times about them refilling prescriptions. They claim that they are "too early", even though we've proven multiple times that we're actually days late on picking them up. I've had to argue with them about filling prescriptions for my CHILDREN as well. It seems as though the employees do not care about the customers and just love to argue/create issues for fun? Like I said before, I have switched all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and I DO NOT recommend doing any business with this pharmacy EVER.

I have had the worst experience with this pharmacy and staff. After getting medication there for a few months and dealing with rude employees, I went to pick up my meds per usual. When I arrived, I was given what I thought was my usual medication and took it home to realize it was a completely different brand of medication. When I called to see why I was given a different medication than what I was prescribed by my DR, I was told Publix was out of my usual medication and would not be getting any more in stock. I would have loved to know that BEFORE picking up that prescription. I was told I could not return it, and had to find my original medication at a different pharmacy. Since I had already picked up the wrong meds and couldn't return them, I ended up having to pay $150 out of pocket for my usual meds. This specific medication is one not to be messed with/changed at the drop of a hat. The staff is completely unprofessional, and on multiple occasions have felt as if they treat their customers terribly.

I would like to thank the guy in Deli who suggested I try the fried Mac and cheese. Delish! I would like to thank Amber and the manager for going the extra mile to get me the buttermilk. It’s always a pleasure to shop at our Publix. We don’t always tell you what a pleasure and how glad we are to have you. It’s the employees who make it great. Thank you!

I received a text from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready.Upon arriving I was told it would be another 30 minutes. As I was sick I decided to go home and come back later. Then within 5 minutes I received another text saying my prescription was ready again. This was an inconvenience for me to turn around and go back again and needless to say I was not very pleased with the service.

The older woman in the pharmacy is so rude. I use GoodRX and I’ve had to call them to get her to give me my medicine at their prices. Even though they have a contract with them and have to give you the medicine at GoodRX prices. She acts like it’s coming out of her own pocket. I’m waiting for 2 hours today because she said they have 150 people ahead of me. There’s nobody here but me. Which I question why one of the three working can’t stop and give me my two prescriptions. I can’t come back because I’m on a medication that has to be taken daily. I’m out and have been out to the point where I’m having withdrawals. This is an ever ongoing problem with this woman. The younger girls don’t have a problem going through GoodRX. Crazy. And had I been told while I was on the phone with them that there would be a 2 hour wait, I would’ve waited at home and saved my time and gas.

Too much to type. This guy and Linda on register 1 must not have been having a good day. Rude isn’t the word. If you’re having a bad day…TAKE A BREAK! Go smoke. Sip on a little something. Don’t project your frustrations toward me.
