The online system for your phone is always down and then it's always trying to get me to confirm after I already put my fingerprint in then I tried to deposit checks and it keeps on saying that it doesn't see it I'm on a dark surface just like it says and it never takes my checks can't run to the bank every time I need to make a transaction this is ridiculous stuff inside is nice

Tried calling this location for upwards of 30 minutes prior to venturing there to take care of an issue regarding a replacement debit card. Received no answer, and was even hung up on the first call I made after 10 minutes. I decided the only option was to make the 30 minute drive from Talladega to talk to someone in person as they were the nearest branch capable of debit card printing. When we arrived, the inside was very dark and no one was at the counter. After waiting several minutes, we were finally greeted and directed to the counter where someone would help us. We explained the situation of a lost phone containing all forms of physical ID, both bankers were very rude and not understanding. Especially the one at the first counter today, around 2:00PM 7/6/2021. Willing to jump through any hoops possible in order to get a debit card printed prior to my flight tomorrow, there was apparently no solution that could be offered. I asked if I could verify ALL information on the account, provide picture proof of various documents, call customer service to prove my identity, etc., and they still absolutely refused to help me, though they were both visibly unsure the whole time. I overheard them consulting with one another privately as if they were debating whether or not to use their discretion to print the new card. After a couple moments, they decided to inform me that they would still not help me further. It seemed as though they were both entirely unsure of their own policies and would have used their discretion to print me a card if they wanted to. It was apparent they were both uninterested and agitated by my persistence and offering of different verification methods. As I was leaving, I made a comment regarding their lack of attention to the phone calls and they shooed me out the door. They blamed being short staffed and the holiday which was over the past weekend. Absolutely unprofessional, unaccommodating and unsympathetic to any customers' needs. I do not understand how I can request a new card to be mailed to me over the phone with minor verification, but they can't do the same with extensive proof via pictures, verbal verification, etc. I would have went this route, but needed the card immediately for a flight tomorrow. Now I have to be without access to my bank because the workers refused to assist me or even provide other solutions.

Their web site is junk. If you get it pay close attention. It will mail checks you didn't send and all they say is you are the only one that can set up a check to mail. They are no help at all I'm closing my account. There is no place in the world for a bank that can't control it's website.

Been with them for several name changes and never had a problem. Love banking at PNC. Deposits are quick and convenient...love the Atm's too.

After being with Wells Fargo for several years I will not be disrespected by a teller. When the bank makes an error and admits to it an employee of that financial institution has no right to display a negative or hostile attitude. That is why as of 4 October 2012 my wife and I are switching to PNC Bank Pell City.
