Pell City Ace is a very helpful hardware store with a large inventory. The staff is nice, professional, and very helpful. The store is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It offers personal service, quality products, and a convenient shopping experience. While you may pay a little more than at big chain stores, the quality and service are worth it. The store is a full-service STIHL dealer and a full-line BENJAMIN MOORE paint center. It features a unique gift shop, locally grown flowers and plants, and a GRILL-N-CHILL department. It also has a key center for home, farm, and auto keys. Customers find it worth traveling to for the excellent service.

Had the best experience while shopping for a gift for my husband. John was incredibly helpful locating the item. Kelly was so kind and pleasant at checkout. A gentleman (didn’t grab his name) took the time to explain the must haves for the item I was purchasing. I l suggest shopping here simply for the customer service!
