Unfriendly people. Very unprofessional. They scream out your prescriptions to the parking lot from the speaker so everyone can hear. I would recommend Pell City Pharmacy instead.

Late Friday afternoon, I went through Northside's drive-thru to pick up my boyfriend's Rx. The cashier asked for my driver's license, so I placed it in the window drawer along with my debit card. Before driving off, I opened the bag to retrieve my license and debit card, but my license was not in the bag.I parked, went inside and told the cashier she didn't give my license back. She said she never saw it , as it wasn't in the drawer with my debit card.A man working behind the counter said it probably fell out inside my car, but I said that was impossible, since it wasn't in the bag when I opened it.I pointed out that 2 things went into the window, only one came out, therefore it must be inside their building. Finally, after I asked several times, the man agreed to pull out the drawer and look inside, but he found nothing but dead spiders.I walked outside, checked under my car seats, combed the parking lot, sidewalk, and the perimeter around the drive-up window.I went back inside and asked why they needed my license in the first place, since I wasn't picking up any controlled-substances. The man stated that the cashier mistook hydroxyzine (vistaril) for hydrocodone (lortab), since both start with hydro.I asked if they could pull out the whole drawer and look inside the wall, but they said the manager has the only key and she's off until Monday.I gave them my phone number and they said someone would call me if they found them. The next morning (Saturday) around 9:00 am, a man called saying one of the employees found it Friday night as they were closing up.Today, I went to pick it up and the cashier laughingly informed me that she found them in the parking lot while walking to her car. It's funny that she happened to stumble upon it when I had already combed the entire area looking for it.Not one employee uttered a single apology.

First I called to see if I could get appointment they said that urgent care doesn't do that I asked how busy they are they said they been busy for 3 weeks asked if I came could I wait in my car she didn't know the answer but that okay. Went to urgent care signed in at 945am last was real nice and said it 1hr 30 minutes wait I asked if I could stay in my car she said no that I have to wait in waiting room. Not fans of that due to Covid but okay I will wait. On the hour mark they called me but all they wanted was payment then for me to sit back down and wait for my name to be called again. At about 2hr mark they called me back got weight, blood pressure, height and put something on my figure unsure what it does maybe temperature. Got put in a a room and waited and seen doc he was quick but from first entering and signing in to exiting building it was roughly 2 1/2 hours. It was very cold aleast to me and sitting in the cold for 2 hours made it rough on me. I had to get in my car and put heater one to warm back up. These was in August. So if you need Urgent care for here remo not a speedy place. And bring a jacket.

I've been using Northside Apothecary for several years and I always receive excellent service. Hannah is exceptionally attentive and such a pleasure to deal with when getting my prescriptions filled. She is definitely a 5 star employee.

This pharmacy is a 5 Star business. The staff are very helpful and patient. They answer all of your questions no matter how quaint others feel your question to be. They certainly try and help you get medication's that you need to you in a very timely manner. I have had horrible experiences with other drug stores who have looked down on you because you take a certain medication, all the while failing to understand that medicine and you are the reason they make money.

This pharmacy is a joke and they overcharge. As the pharmacist said they are privately owned and they can charge what they would like. I called around to other pharmacies and got my prescription filled for $215.00 less at Lincoln Pharmacy who is also privately owned and can charge as they please. I had to beg for a refund on medicine I had already payed for. I asked him how many elderly people they charge what they want to for their medicine. I will be reporting this to news channels and on social media. This place should be shut down for the way they treat people because they are privately owned and they can.

I called on the automated line to refill three prescriptions. The system said the order would be filled on Friday. Dropped by on Monday and gave the girls my name and birthday. The girl correctly identified all three rx's and then walked away. After about 5 minutes she started serving other customers. I waited patiently while she served two other patients and completely ignored me. I ask if there was a problem. She said no and then asked me my information again as if I wasn't one of their patients. After another 10 minutes another person came by to ask me my information again. I asked if there was a problem she said no. Another ten minutes and finally a third person showed up with the prescriptions. I asked if there was a problem adding that I would like to avoid the delay in the future. The clerk said she didn't know, she was just the clerk. She said she could ask the pharmacist. I told her I would appreciate it so I could avoid this situation in the future. I paid then asked again how I could avoid the delay in the future suggesting that perhaps the problem was the automated system. She again said she would have to ask the pharmacist but never did. The net result is I have no idea why it took a half hour to do something that usually takes 5 minutes. No one likes having their time wasted. It is even worse to be left standing there with no explanation of what is going on.
