“I went to boost mobile store after having major unforgivable issues with cricket. Shell was there to help me out and was absolutely the best ever. She sympathized with me on why my cricket phone was having issues, she pointed out some great products boost had and didn't pressure me at all in switching she gave me great advice and told me step by step how the process worked to switch and keep my number.She absolutely made my day better, and she's the reason I have boost. I don't think any other person would have been able to switch me like she did. She cared, but did not put unnecessary pressure on me which made me feel welcome and appreciated, which is more than I can say for cricket. Every time I go to pay my bill, shell is there and greets me so kindly and always remembers me and my name! That's customer service!!!!!!!!!!I've never had such great service anywhere else and I've held phones with cricket, Verizon, straight talk, at&t, and more over the years.
