Please read. Dr. Chastain is responsible for the death of my sweet Merlin in Jan 2023. My mother took him to the vet for me bc I was concerned about his weight, as I had stated at every yearly visit to no avail. He did nothing to address the concern and instead gave him one of the routine shots that we did not ask for. Merlin was in immense distress and my mother expressed great concern and even asked if there was some "kitty calm down" medicine bc of how significantly distressed he was. He did nothing. He reportedly acted very "off" that day and I've heard about health problems. My mother's pleas were ignored and Merlin suffered a massive heart attack in the parking lot before she even got in the car. The female vet had to take over for the Dr. because something was wrong with that man!! That said, the female vet did everything she could for Merlin and comforted my mother who was and still is traumatized. She hates even passing this place on 231 a year later. I hate knowing other people may lose their loved ones because of this Vet and I've neglected my other pets yearly exam out of fear and distrust to vets now. My cat went in fine and came out in a box. Please don't let him near your baby. I've also since found many other reviews of similar Encounters where pets were mistreated or killed/died as a result of their malpractice.

I called 30 minutes before closing & they still helped my stormie girl! They stayed almost 4 hours after closing to perform a C-Section! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST animal lovers I’ve met! Every vet that I called told me they basically couldn’t help us due to the fact it was already 5 o’clock.!! (Not bashing any other vet office) but BEYOND THANKFUL of finding them when I did!! Thank you ladies & gentlemen for helping my girl out!!! She’s home & is sleeping it off?

Dr. Chasteen has always taken great care of our pups. He has even gone in during the night for us. He is very caring and does his research.

this vet is the worst one i have been to. one of the men that works there cussed me out and i am 15 years old… he told me to stop being a “snowflake” bc i was crying about putting my dog down that i have had since i was a baby. he was very very rude and disrespectful and had no sympathy and just wanted to kill my dog and just get it over with. i do not recommend this vet.. they treat animals like garbage and don’t care about them! please don’t go here!!

Absolutely the friendliest vet in town. The staff comes right to you, is kind to the animals, and seems very knowledgeable on their animals. The location is ideally located, and the prices and service is superb. Feel free to stop at this location and you'll see what I mean. Hope you enjoy this place as much as I did and my animals did. Definitely a 5 Star . Enjoy!

The BEST Vet Clinic ever. I’ve been going there for 27 years. They’ve taken care of all my dogs. We’ve laughed and cried together. There is no other Vet Clinic I would go to.

I highly recommend LMVC. They have cared for my family's pets for the past 20+ years. and currently take care of my Murphy. I am truly thankful for Dr. Chasteen. without him Murphy would be much worse off. he assisted with diagnosing his torn ACLs and his aftercare. they have always been wonderful.

This is the best veterinary. The Drs and staff are very caring about the animals. Very reasonable. They took very good care of my dog. If you don't have a veterinarian I highly recommend Logan Martin Veterinary Clinic.

This is a Veterinary office with heart. They genuinely care about your pets and you. They don’t rack up charges, but systematically try to find out what’s wrong with your pet. I have been to other Vets in this area but once I found this place, I’ve never went anywhere else and never will.

My dog was neutered here. He had to spend about 5 days in an animal hospital in the CRITICAL CARE UNIT. Not only this, but upon telling the vets here about it they said they'd "take care of it." it's been 3 weeks, and I've heard nothing. My dog almost had to undergo a scrotal ablation (1.6K) So, use their services if you don't mind spending over 5 hundred dollars (out of your savings) for surgeries to contain bleeding! Never have I seen a neutering gone so wrong, and it should have NEVER been like this.
