High turnover in stylists. Never enough stylist scheduled, they turn down many customers that walk in for cuts. I have gone here for the convenience of location, and hours they are open . I get color and high lights, and cut . The last time I went , couple of weeks ago, will be the last. Hair was not layered even, the color is not good. Asking that gray be covered, it was not. After 2 week's, it's a hot mess . When you may $100.00 and tip 20 percent, you expect your hair to look good, and not in a situation,to where you can't wait for it to grow out . I could of done better with the gray using a box of color from Wal-Mart. A friend of mine went there, a couple days after I did, she went back a second time because ,her cut was so uneven, and she had to go short short to get it even. I am asking and plan to use a different salon, with high recommendations, due to the fact, I'm not going thru this again. Not 1 person I know commented on my hair. That tells me , not a good job.
