The workouts are always challenging. As I have been challenged I have grown stronger & prepared for the next challenge.

Fantastic CrossFit gym. The coach is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.I also thought the other members were very cool, and welcoming.

I did a drop in WOD here from out of town and was super impressed with the coaches and members here! I would definitely join this box if I lived in the area! You definitely feel that team environment that all CF gyms should provide to anyone that walks in off the street.
