“While passing through Pell City, Alabama I noticed a nail in my tire. Vulcan tire in Pell City was the first place I came to. They agreed to look at it, I made a cup of complimentary coffee and got my son some complimentary water and popcorn and we sat on the couch while they pulled it in. Come to find out the nail was very small. They checked it for leaks and gave it the all clear. After receiving this good news I pulled out my wallet to pay and was told by Clay Wooley that there was no charge since there was no leak. The piece of mind that comes from knowing my drive back to Chattanooga without a flat tire was worth $20 to me, but he refused. Good ole fashion southern hospitality. Thanks again Clay.”
“I made an appointment through the website for oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and wiper replacement for my 2013 F-150. Work was complete and I was headed home within an hour of my appointment time. The operation seemed efficient and the staff was courteous as well. Overall, a good experience.”

“Can't say enough about this shop. Excellent experience the whole way around. They took my bike that had a tune from Ivans performance that made the bike run way too rich resulting in horrendous decell pop. The bike was basically unrideable. Sent the ecu to be returned to stock spec and had these Gentlemen install a Power Commander. Now the decell pop is all but gone and the bike runs like it should have. The best part was the cost. Less than half the cost of dealing with one of the big box dealerships in the area. From here on out I'm sending My bike here for all maintenance.”

“Sarah in Internet sales went above and beyond. I didn’t end up making a purchase because the vehicle I was interested in didn’t meet my standards. To my surprise once they learned of the short comings the vehicle had they decided it also didn’t meet their standards and they were going to send it to auction. It was a breath of fresh air working with a dealer who actually cares about the products it’s selling people. Should they ever have another car I’m interested in on the lot I would definitely come back to purchase.”

The team at this location have given me and my family such good service over the years I felt compelled to write this review.I have used this specific location for some number of years now. Other members of my family have used this specific location for years as well. Not once have I or any member of my family ever had a bad experience. In fact, it has been quite the opposite. “I was head up North on 59 and my belt on my semi truck just shredded up and gave up on me . I was stuck on the side of the road . The friendly young lady who answered my call I believe her name was Ashley was awesome. I swear it felt like the mechanic pulled up before I hung up the phone . The mechanic I believe his name was David was courteous and professional . Had me up & running in no time at all . He replaced my tension pulley and belt like a pro !!!! Hank's got to her within 30 minutes, took her car to an electric car charging station. Before unloading the car, they found the charger didn't fit. Called me to explain the situation and was more than happy to continue down the interstate to deliver the car to her home. Thankful for Hank's being available, safe and willing to go the extra mile.”

“Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my salesperson, Garrett Cannon. Garrett was very patient and listened to me (and my 10 yo grandson, lol) He made negotiations and signing very easy and streamline. It is hard to find good people anymore; but Garrett, receiptionist and sales manager were very nice and did not push me into something they wanted to sell. They helped me get exactly what I ask for. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them and recommend them to family and friends. I'm a very happy customer!!”
“My car was taken to a work bay promptly. My oil change,tire rotation and courtesy fluid top offs were all done to my satisfaction. An indoor waiting allowed the work progress to be observed while seated. Each employee was courteous and friendly. It took 2 hours, a bit longer than I hoped for, before I was in my car again. The cost of services was lower than 3 other places in the area. After leaving,I checked my tire pressure and all fluid levels and was pleased to find them all correct! I would recommend Walmart Auto Center. There is a temporary app download to let you check on your vehicle, when work is started,ongoing and complete. The app is handy if you want to shop or leave the premise to know when your vehicle is ready.”

“City Tire patched my tire when Haveline Express Oil Change would not because they said I needed tires. I had been three times within 6 days for Express to put air in the tire that was going down. Express is where I purchased the tires but I couldn’t buy tires at that time and was having to wait for a month. They would not patch my tire because (they said)of liability purposes and sent me on my way. The liability was putting me back on the road and doing nothing but putting air in it. Fortunately for me, one of the Express customers that was waiting for a set of new tires came out and told me to go to City Tire because he thought would patch it to get me by. Thankfully he was right!! City Tire patched my tire to get me thru the month. I will never darken the door to Express again. I get my new tires next week. City Tire is now my car service company for all my oil changes, tires, etc. Kathy Talley”
