Very bad service and terrible work, it took 8 days to replace a clutch and after 8 days the truck's transmission fell out, it is much better that they take your truck to Birmingham.

We had the worst experience in this shop. Mechanics don't really know how to manage the time. It has taken forever to get our truck fixed. Besides that in couple of weeks we faced the same issue and the guys from the shop has refused to take any responsibility. Don't ever use this shop.Service: Transmission

I was head up North on 59 and my belt on my semi truck just shredded up and gave up on me . I was stuck on the side of the road . The friendly young lady who answered my call I believe her name was Ashley was awesome. I swear it felt like the mechanic pulled up before I hung up the phone . The mechanic I believe his name was David was courteous and professional . Had me up & running in no time at all . He replaced my tension pulley and belt like a pro !!!! I recommend them for repairs and roadside calls, pricing was great & wonderful people to work with .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My experience is this. (145$ an hourin shop) I called their roadside truck because my starter was bad; truck wouldnt start. Already had batteries tested and checked so no problem.They come out probe fuses and i told technician i did that plus batteries so its the starter. He hemhawed around and didnt want to do it on lot of pilot and mentioned towing to their shop and checking batteries and wires in a better climate even tho we both concur its starter. So after paying 380$ for road call and 650$ for tow it goes immediately in shop because well we all know its starter. So next day i call to get up date and was almost lied to but they dont work weekends so no update. Nope didnt know they were closed on weekend since it was supposed to have been gotten to immediately.Two more days in motel and after finally getting billed out extra time on a 3 hour job because yes they checked batteries again.So after paying a padded bill paid losing 2 bolts and i guess they needed an extra key i have an over priced tshirt”sorry free” and now i know for certain my batteries are not going out all while everybody friendly and professional.In summary take heed even t/a and dealerships dont charge or overcharge this much and if you need to keep rolling on a friday.Glad i could help locals at christmas time

My husband and I opened a small trucking company this year. 1 truck and 2 trailers. We have used this shop several times because it was located 1 mile down the road from us. However on several occasions the owner has been extremely unprofessional. With us being a small company we cannot go day(s) with our truck being out of service. This shop is in no hurry to repair your vehicles. My husband would go by to check on the repairs being made and they would be standing around talking and getting nothing done. The last repair my husband even offered to go pick up a part for them to help expedite the repair. This resulted in an 80 mile round trip on our personal vehicle and 1.5 hours of his time. The shop then turned around and marked up the part by 84%. Also, it took them 2 1/2 days to get our truck back on the road and that was because my husband stayed on top of them and did the part run. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Their work is good, but they are way over priced and their customer service stinks! They could seriously careless about YOUR BUSINESS!Services: Air conditioning

the nicest people! we were on vacation and had a problem with our truck they were more than helpful! they got is fixed and back on the road the next day! 10/10 would recommend!! thank you Argo!! you guys are great!!!

Joey came out and fixed my trailer and helped fix my breaks. He came recommended from a loves tech and man if I would have called him yesterday it would have saved me some time. Before and after pics
