He was very knowledgeable & put us on the right track to help us achieve our goal to quit smoking! His recommendations were beginner friendly & not only did he help us pick out our vapes but he also educated us the entire time & even offered to set us up before we walked outta the door! Absolutely stellar customer service & this man should get a raise! (: I have visited this establishment previously in the past & came back due to the chill environment, the broad range of merchandise, & the customer service! 10/10 would recommend! :D”

“Not very often I visit a vape store on a trip but I took the chance visiting “Vaper Forge” due to the great reviews and it being close to my hotel. It was a clean store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and they had a great selection of products. I would recommend this shop to any vape shop connoisseur. 5/5 would recommend.”
“If you want great customer service, come here. Prices are also the most competitive in the area. Most things are equal to or slightly less than what you'd pay from an online store (when you factor in shipping, tax, and age verification costs/signature delivery). Brad is a great guy and has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always taken the time to explain a new product if I have any questions. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was truly deserved in this case. Being in QA/QC myself, I can appreciate a company that stands behind it's products and resolves issues quickly. “We usually have a great experience. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful finding new or the best product. They seem happy to be there but tonight the person didn’t seem to care or know anything. It’s kinda annoying.. it’s your job to know and care a little. Or even know what’s the most popular. I go here because they’re nice even tho they’re a little expensive. Other places make you feel awkward and unwanted”
