From the minute I walked in and met Eric Bailey, I felt as if I had a family member looking out for me. He was kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The characteristic that was most important to me though was how much he cared for people. Eric is obviously a guy that 'walks the walk' and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. They have a mechanic check the vehicles so you don't leave with a car that may have a big repair bill (which has happened to me with another dealer before). Eric WANTS your referrals and your repeat business, and he does everything to make sure he has a great name behind his work so he can always have repeat customers. If you don't give this place a chance, then you are missing out on a fabulous experience in the car buying industry! My 17 year old is on the road with a great safe car, thanks to Eric's guidance! “I purchased a 2021 F350 from them around Thanksgiving. I would like to say that it was a very good experience dealing with them. Shannon was very upfront in letting me know of any minor defects with the truck and maintained excellent communication with me via email. When I registered the vehicle at the Alabama DMV, I was required to pay some back taxes. I promptly notified Shannon and she was able to reimburse me for that amount.
