“I had a great experience with Jamie and the guys at Jack’s Garage. He diagnosed everything quickly and accurately and replaced the ignition switch at a very reasonable price. He test drove my truck after the repair was completed and had it ready for pick up on time, as promised. After previously taking my truck to two auto repair shops and getting the “run around”, Jack’s was honest, efficient and accurate. One of the shops told me I needed a $6,000 transmission……nope. After Jack’s repaired it, my truck is running great with no issues at all with the transmission. Needless to say, I’m a very happy customer and will be back for sure!”

“Took my 2007 Mazda 6 with 174,000 miles in thinking I needed transmission work as fluid needed to be added a couple times, however, they advised against tearing into it stating 174,000 wasn't enough milage to warrant opening it up. So I picked it up and have been driving it ever since, no issues. I can't explain why it became a non-issue, but I can't help but figure if they weren't honest people, they would just have stuck a new transmission in it and I would have never been the wiser. I'm about to take my old 97 GMC to them to have it checked out. “I called Karl after he was referred to me by the guys over at Express Oil Change after I made an online appointment with them to get my transmission flushed (a service they could not, in fact, provide, despite the Internet leading me astray).Karl was polite and extremely knowledgeable just over the phone. He asked questions about the car, the problems I was having, and said that before he went ahead and flushed *anything*, he wanted to take the car in and run some diagnostics, find out if that was indeed what was needed.
