Got me and my irreplaceable car home and even got it running enough to tuck it safely away in the garage until I can get it in to be seen about!!! “I had originally scheduled my hitch install at the Bessemer UHAUL location more than two months ago. They were TERRIBLE. Long story short, they dropped the ball despite my prepaying close to $500 two months prior to get a hitch installed on my car. Called me as I was on my way to say they hadn't ordered the parts, nor did they schedule anyone to come in and install the hitch. I was LIVID.
I ended up at the Pelham location and the experience was night and day different. The service agents were kind and helpful and squeezed me in for a fast install. They could NOT have been nicer. And the person who installed my hitch took time to explain several things to keep in mind. I don't care where you are, if you need UHAUL services in north Alabama, the PELHAM location is the place you should go! A big thanks to everyone there for talking me off the ledge and doing such a great job on my installation.”
