Very unprofessional they have no clue of what they talking about. The told me wrong info then when I spoke to management which was a dead end Jeremy is the supervisor and he hung up the phone in my face...but it's okay I took my business to Ashley! I will never be back!

I purchased new furniture for my living room thru “Ben” at this location. I was having a difficult time finding lamps that matched that I also really liked. Ben put so much time into helping me, I felt like I was a relative! ? If I buy anything else, I’ll go to this store and deal directly with him! THANK YOU BEN! You are the BEST!

It was very high quality and priced reasonably. A great find for us..

We were searching for a new sectional sofa for our new house, we stopped at Standard Furniture first and Julia was amazing. We searched all over town and saw others that we liked but specifically wanted to go back to this store, because not only did we like the couch, we were stunned by Julia's customer service skills and personality so much that we wanted to give her the sale! We also got to meet the manager Benjamin And he was awesome as well, highly recommend this store due to the great customer service!

Our experience with Pelham Standard Furniture has been very positive. Elizabeth King was helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was not up to expectations and Elizabeth resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction.

The lady who helped us, Elizabeth, was wonderful! We came in kind of late, about an hour before they closed, but you would have never guessed. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. We plan to go back and buy from her.

It took almost 6 months to receive my sectional but it was worth the wait. The store manager and Julia were very nice and Julia kept me updated on my order.
