I bought a tire with warranty in 2021 for the life of the tire with this store. My tire blew out and the older man working there (who claimed to be the manager....he wasn't) told me he wouldn't honor the warranty without the paper receipt. I told him he should be able to look it up in his system that I bought it there. He said he could (and did) and verified the information but they had gotten a new system and they lost some information and the serial number would've been on the paper receipt and they wouldn't honor it without that. He then lectured me about not having the receipt but told me to bring the car in and he would work with me. When I did, he just repeated what he said over the phone. A second employee came out and said "it's common fuckin' sense lady to keep the receipt." I asked the "manager" if he was going to let his employees cuss at me and he said "he didn't cuss at you." I told him it wasn't my fault they got a new system and they can no longer see the information they needed for them that they can typically see. He said it wasn't his fault I lost the receipt. A woman who said SHE WAS ACTUALLY THE MANAGER came out of the store and told me to get off the property. She did this in my face UNMASKED (I was masked). Then said I wasn't allowed back there. I said "you don't even know what is going on. Your employees are cussing at me." She said "no they aren't." I said "You haven't even been out here with us. How do you know?" She said told me to get off the property or she would call the police. Total scam. Goodyear will not honor anything this store tells you they will. The customer service number they give to call...Goodyear. Goodyear flat out told me they tell customers that so they don't have to deal with it. CONARTISTS.

Bought a tire with warranty in 2021 and brought the tire in to be replaced after it busted. I was told they got a new system and couldn’t typically look up the receipt but without that they wouldn’t honor the warranty. They said they could see I bought all of my tires there and then the newest one with the warranty but because the serial number was on that paper and their system lost it…they wouldn’t honor it. Idler arm destroyed because they did not take time to make sure vehicle is safe it is a 4x4 that has a tow package and carries a family very unprofessional.Lugs not tightened correctly cost me a ton of cash just now. They also take down reviews can’t find my other one.

Their service was the best. I was run off the road a few hours earlier in the day by a wreckless driver and damaged my tire. I was looking to get it fixed and was pressed against closing time. I arrived and the manager and workers assisted me by repairing my tire. It brought tears to my eyes upon leaving because you rarely find nice people anymore. I greatly appreciated their generous service.
