Recently on a return trip from Florida to Ohio our car broke down on I65. We were towed (through AAA) to Scott's Auto Repair. Scott was very helpful and kind through the whole process. He quickly diagnosed our problem, went and picked up the part himself, and had his mechanic get our car back on the road in a short time.

My air conditioner went out in my van and I took it to Scott and he had it back in a few days. He always has done great work for me. Someone you can trust that does it all. Thanks again

Went here ONLY because it was the closest place to take my broken down car only for them to take 5 DAYS to not even fix it. Charged me $146 for a “diagnostics” fee and couldn’t even tell me what the issue was. They also wanted to charge me $1,000 to maybe fix the issue. Would not recommend this place even if it is your last resort. Just pay to get your car towed somewhere else.

Had a chance to interact with Mr. Scott, the owner, of Scott's Auto Repair. His attitude, knowledge, and humor were needed for a repair I was doing. Though it was initially thought to be a tough venture, Mr. Scott was able to make the process easier and gave me a fair price for the work he did.

I called Scott’s and told noreen, the front desk worker that I was at express oil changeAnd they were trying to charge me 70 dollars for a diagnostic Test. She said oh no come down here. So I come down to Scott’s auto shop and they start doing the work. I’m checking out and she says one 119.92$ And at the time I was so stressed out because I have been dealing with my car for two days straight no car actually for two days straight because it sat up at his shop for2 days for him to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it he tested it and charged me $124 total with the debit card fee that goes along with itSo if someone calls you and says there at one place where it’s cheaper than the Price that you all offer next time tell that person instead of saying oh come on down and over charge them
