My best friend, Dolly P., has been going to daycare at Roverchase since she first came home with me from the shelter back in 2016. She loves it. I take her twice a week, and as soon as I ask her, “Wanna go to Roverchase?”, she takes off in wild zoomies all over the house. When we pull into the parking lot, she is beside herself with anticipation. The folks who work there are always so kind to me and Dolly. The owner, Abby, is someone I trust with my dog more than anyone else. When I take trips without Dolly, I always board her at Roverchase, and there has never been a problem. Roverchase is part of Dolly’s family and I can’t thank them enough. We have been on a break for a little over a month—I was being overly cautious with the latest respiratory thing going around—but we start back in February. I know Dolly will be ecstatic. I highly recommend Roverchase!

Our Kyler and Zeus have both been going to Roverchase for daycare, training and sleep away camp (boarding) since they were puppies. Watching them get excited when we get close to Roverchase is nothing short of amazing. Roverchase is like family and knowing our pups are showered with love is absolutely the best. Our pups would run into Roverchase if they could, but it’s important to stay calm and under control (Ha). They are rewarded with getting to play all day ?? thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so special to us but especially Kyler and Zeus. I recommend Roverchase to anyone looking for the safest place for your pups to grow, play, learn and be nurtured. ??

My dog has been going to roverchase since he was a puppy and he loves it! They take such great care of him, whether he is there for daycare or for extended boarding. Plus the training programs are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Best staff and trainers in the state! They love what they do and it shows! Highly recommend Roverchase for any of the services they offer! The Owner Abi has dedicated her life to being the best of the best in the dog world. She assures that her staff not only gets trained but continues to be trained while being employed there. I love Roverchase.

Words can't express how grateful I am for this place sorry long review. We have a adorable 5 month old puppy named Nyx. When we got her my husband was working from home, but got a new job in office and neither of us liked having to crate her for the work day wasn't fair to her and sleep was no more for us. So we did a lot of looking for a place to take her while we worked and this place is a touch more expensive then some other dog day cares but the facility is great we started with doing training they have an amazing three days a week training for 4 weeks. They record her training sessions so we can do the same at home she gets play time with other puppies so by the time we pick her up she's worn out for a few hours before we go for our nightly walk. We started taking her there on the two days she doesn't have training because she loves it. Also puppy dog eyes on days we don't take her is heart breaking.The staff is truly amazing and actually care about the dogs. So thank you everyone at Roverchase from taking our silly goofy girl who we were kinda worried we couldn't handle since she's more high energy then we were used and helping get the basics in training and wearing her out for the day. We are very grateful pet parents and let me tell you the cats are grateful as well since they aren't getting picked on all the time by a hyper puppy.

I've had first hand experience with their training courses, daycare, and service dog program. I have made the choice to no longer trust my pup with them. They say all the right things, but simply put too many negative and deceitful practices piled up. I've seen them treat pups with less than caring hands, teetering on abusive pratices. They do not monitor the dogs during daycare, which contributes to an unsafe environment; I personally have heard of several dog bites, which is not a surprise. They do not provide water for any of the pups, even in the hot summer months, and I've seen them treat feeding, medication, etc without the proper level of care. Their service dogs are poorly trained (leash pulling, crate training, counter surfing, etc) and they brushed off video evidence of their dogs showing aggression (pinning/biting). Abby is a knowledgeable trainer and says the right things but her actions and the actions of her team speak volumes. Avoid this place!

My dog Boris❤️❤️❤️'s Roverchase! He gets so excited when he realizes where he is going. I don't worry when he is boarded here overnight. They take good care of him.

I worked for Roverchase for not even a month before deciding it definitely wasn't for me, I definitely miss the dogs because I love dogs but I worked 2-3, 12 hour shifts and the only dogs that were let outside were Crate dogs. The dogs in play yards weren't let outside once. This place also has a "bouce house" for dogs who can jump over the regular play yards and they weren't let outside either. My service dog Leila was also locked in a crate for hours before I could let her out because they hadn't temperament tested her. First of all if a dog is a service dog they have been temperament tested so that was just a ridiculous excuse. Leila couldn't get to me to alert if she needed to because she was locked in a crate in a separate room away from me almost all day until I went to get my dog to let her outside. I do not agree with keeping a dog locked inside all day for no reason and that's exactly what I saw at Roverchase

The staff is very friendly and my puppy loves going there. So far we have only taken advantage of day care. Training starts next week!
