Don’t do it, their banking is still left in the 1970’s. I received the wrong information from the call center & their response was call the branch to make it right. The call center manager ReShonda decided to get real snazzy when I made valid points on why I shouldn’t have to waste my time calling around due to misinformation given to me by her call center employees. I’m running quickly, because their system & practices are super outdated.

I own a business in Pelham and was introduced to Bill at our local Renasants bank. We were in need of a good bank to fit our needs for growth. He was very helpful in guiding us to what was needed and easy to work with. When you walk into the bank everyone is helpful. I don’t get lost in the shuffle like other places. If you are A business anywhere close to the Birmingham area and not happy with your current bank I would start by calling Bill at Renasants. One of the best in the business.

As a long time customer, I find the Pelham branch of Renasant to be completely unprofessional and the tellers incredibly rude. Although that branch is closer, I would rather drive an additional 15 miles to the Chelsea branch to do my business.

Friendly staff and great to do business with! I have personal and business with them and enjoy the hometown small town atmosphere! I am done with BIG banks!
