Dana was great. She helped us with our elderly dad. He needed to add my brother to his account. She was extremely sweet and patient with him.

Spoke with Tammy (branch manager?). Very curt/ insensitive. Rushed me off the phone after offering a non-answer.

As a long time customer, I find the Pelham branch of Renasant to be completely unprofessional and the tellers incredibly rude. Although that branch is closer, I would rather drive an additional 15 miles to the Chelsea branch to do my business.
