The atm just ate 200$ and I have a bill coming out that is for the government in the a.m. The only thing I can do is make a claim, which at a minimum of 3 days will it be complete. So tell me where am I pose to get another $200 from on top of the other scheduled bills coming out.?. I have the receipt and everything. Obviously it recorded me doing something ( which was despositing). All this helps us citizens out HOW? Why isn't there an implement in the place that covers whatever amount that you say you deposited for, then they investigate. And if it comes out false then you are charge that amount. But if true, then everything is good to go. Damn solutions to these kinds of problems are simple fixes. I'm suffering because the lack of machinery designs and the lack of power that some rep filing the claim can do. After being with regions for 20 yrs almost, I/ WE deserve better.

Great banking experience, but to make an appointment to talk to anyone is bad. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my appointment and I just didn't have that kind of time in my lunch break to sit any longer. Didn't get my question answered ?

Have had the most difficult time with trying to close my bank account now that I've moved out of state. I live 24 hours away now & they tell me I have to fly out to Alabama in order to close my account in person, as they will not do this over the phone for me, via app, via website, or via a notarized letter. But they have no issues continuing to move money (that doesn't exist in my account) from my checking & into my savings (another account they will not allow me to close without flying out across the country). Absolutely over it. Oh, and they'll overdraft me for automatically taking money from my checking to the savings account. My overdraft fee was over $40 lol.

Extremely slow inside and out. Drive thru has 4 lines with 1 person working all 4. Absurd.

Very slow...9 out of 10 times you will have to wait more than 5 minutes for lobby service.
