I spent a week fixing a script one of their employees screwed up. They tried to blame my insurance company and my doctor for their error. Proceed with caution, I'm not sure these people can count or care. They surely can't enter information into a computer correctly.

This is the worst pharmacy! Twice I have had to call my doctors office to call the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions. Then when I go to pick it up the next day, my medicine is never ready. Pharmacist or hateful associate tells me that my doctor didn't indicate when it was to be filled. Duh! It's a call in prescription from a doctor. Fill it! I called my blood pressure medicine in on a Wednesday morning. The recorded message said it was out of refills and to give the pharmacy 24hrs to fill it. I stopped by Thursday afternoon after school, to pick up my blood pressure medicine. It was not ready. Hateful associate told me I needed to call my doctors office. I called my doctors office and they immediately called my prescription in. On Friday, I stop by Publix again to get my blood pressure medicine. By now, my head is hurting because I've been without my meds for 2 days. Well,...my prescription still isn't ready. Hateful Kaitlin, the pharmacist told me I needed to wait an hour because they were "a little busy" today. I told her they have had my prescription for 3days. She goes,"We have not had your prescription for 3days, and we were a little busy today. Come pick it up in one hour." Thank God it was ready this time! I was so afraid I was going to have a stroke! And it would have been the Publix Pharmacy in Pelham (on Huntley) fault. Oh, I'm not going back!

If you need a Wellness screening for health insurance purposes for your job. Go elsewhere. They want to do it early in the morning, but only if there's high humidity for their machine to work. You can't set up an appointment, you have to call at 9am. If the humidity is too low, you won't be able to get your screening done. No. You can't go in later, they're too busy. They really just don't want to do it and you will get the runaround.

Stopped in last weekend for a couple sandwiches and Caleb in the deli really brightened our day. Caleb went above and beyond to provide the best service and friendly conversation. Hopefully next time we come in they will be working!

Super friendly and helpful staff! I came here to do my grocery shopping since I was in the area. It just made sense. This location is nice and neat. I was able to get most of what I was looking for. I like that Publix is a consistent brand across the board. I always know what I'm getting into when I visit. It was kind of crowded when I visited but I was able to get in and out with no issues.

Every time I get a call from the pharmacy, the employee is rushed and vague. They never offer any information I can actually use. I'm dismayed that they waited to call after 5 on a Friday to let me know my medicine is out of refills. I'm wondering if they purposely intend to be this malicious or are they actually clueless as to what day and time it is. It's a good thing they can count because they can't rely on their personalities and intellegence to get ahead in this world.

Publix has everything that you could look for in a grocery store. If you do not want to cook, take a rotisserie chicken home. Also, the fried chicken is the best that you will find anywhere around.

I always have the best experience when I visit the pharmacy at Huntley parkway. The pharmacy manager is so smart and helpful and really engages with me whenever we communicate. I’m always surprised by the spectrum of knowledge Amber has- from insurance to drug interactions, it’s just amazing. It saddens me, however, when I see negative comments. I really don’t think people understand the pressure that position causes. Dealing with all the problems and having a smile while doing it takes a special breed. Amber has exceeded my expectations, even during her breast cancer, she was kind enough to call ME and inquire my husband’s health. Top notch service is what that is!

The pharmacy manager here is horrible . Lacks any kind of compassion or empathy that should be required to do the job. This entire staff needs sensivity training. They have no respect for their patients or their time , as long as their pharmacist gets an hour long lunch break. The lady I always deal with at the counter is always hateful and prissy for no reason too . This staff is the polar opposite of what Publix’s entire mission statement is.

Was told by our HR department we could get a health screening at Publix pharmacy. I called for the past two to three weeks. Every time I was told the machine I guess that does the blood work that the humidity on it was too low. So I had looked at the weather and and saw the temperature would be like 70, since I was told the warmer it was the better chance that the humidity would be the necessary level. looked today and and the humidity was a 100 percent. I called after fasting way past the 8 hours they said was necessary.When I did call they couldn't do it today because they were giving too many covid and flu shots. Every time it's an excuse. If you don't want to do it just don't offer it .
