Had them match some flooring. It was the wrong color, not even close. Tried to get a refund, but they would not accept the return. Huh? The owner sees this review and tells me to call Chris in the showroom. Yeah, I already did that before writing this review. Here's a photo of the flooring they "matched" for me, and would not let me return.

Nicole at Prosource was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful assisting me with custom molding I was trying to locate to match my existing cabinetry. I genuinely appreciate the time and dedication she took to ensure all my questions were answered and would highly recommend working with her!

My husband and I recently purchased our kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace cabinets and shelves here. Such a great experience! We spent a couple of days visiting several locations and no other place could compete with the service received. Nicole was sooo easy to work with. Where do I start? The drawings were beautifully done, she took time to explain everything so well, communication was A+. I mean, I would send an email and her reply would come in almost immediately. She even scheduled a zoom meeting with me after she left the office ( to accommodate my schedule). Wow! I cannot think of a place that has given such great customer service. Thank you, Nicole!

HUGE selection of samples of flooring and tiles --as good as or better than what I saw in ALL of my shopping for our bath remodel. Jeff J. was incredibly helpful without being pushy. Very knowledgeable and had excellent input to guide us on options. He saved us lots of money on the same items I'd found online and at other brick & mortar stores in B'ham. We ended up purchasing the majority of the items we needed from ProSource of Birmingham. Nicole also helped us with some of our choices. We ended up purchasing : a James Martin vanity, countertop, mirrors & sinks; Jeffery Alexander vanity knobs,; Kichler lighting; COREtec LVP flooring; Delta faucets & Delta hardware for the entire remodel; and a Kohler decorative shower floor drain. DEFINETLY worth a 30 minute drive...or even longer.

Where do I begin? We had used Pro Source for our needs when renovating our kitchen 5 years ago. We loved our experience then, so when we were able to redo our master bathroom, we naturally went back to them. This time we started from scratch, new everything. I was so excited to get a completely new bathroom after 23 years of using the outdated one. The designer was a joy to work with and seemed to know what she was doing. I loved her design suggestions - but word of caution. Double check every single measurement - every single time you talk. Make the designer actually come out and physically do the measurement herself. Don't assume that she has the numbers right - even when you have given her the blue prints of your project with every measurement listed exactly. The problems began when she designed a beautiful vanity with a middle countertop cabinet between the sinks. My husband checked the measurements and realized she had made the vanity too long for the space we had. She adjusted the measurements on the bottom cabinets to fit our space, but obviously did not change the measurement of the countertop cabinet. The design picture looked beautiful, so we never thought about it not being adjusted to fit the smaller space. When it was finally put on, the countertop cabinet was right on top of the two sinks. The lights and mirrors would have to be off-centered to fit in the space. And to make things worse, the designer, manager, and the owners would not do anything to compensate us for THEIR mistake. Other areas that were problems were 1. the beauty desk had to be redone by our carpenters because the sitting area would have required you stand and put makeup on. It was not lowered to a chair height. 2. At least $1,000 worth of extra tile (unopened boxes) were not used - and Pro Source would not take back or pay us for the extra that the designer once again over measured for. 3. The quartz people that they use took 1 month to get our material in-from measurement to installation. This caused delays to us and our workmen, meaning our contractor was out money waiting on materials. Due to these issues, this projected one month remodel took three months to finish. 4. When the quartz people finally came and were putting in the sinks, the size sinks that the designer had us buy was too large and we had to scramble to get smaller sinks. Again a measurement problem. 5. As mentioned above, the countertop cabinet did not fit our area and Pro Source says that 'we elected' not to use it and would not help us out at all. 6. To complete our countertop cabinet and the over the commode cabinet, I asked for crown molding - just a normal size. In the picture, it looked pretty. When the carpenter added the crown molding, it was double wide and almost hit our 9 foot ceilings. We had it removed. Another measurement issue. More wasted money!! As my contractor said, the Pro Source designer was putting all the bells and whistles on and doing the most expensive style that she could - to get her commission.I do not usually leave bad reviews - but I just want to warn people about the BAD EXPERIENCE we had and the thousands of dollars that we are out because we trusted their work, and their designer. We are so disappointed that the company would not compensate us AT ALL for their mistakes. Even our experienced contractor went to talk to them to say how we should be reimbursed in some way. He had never seen so many design problems. But in the end, they did nothing and we are out so much money. Habitat for Humanity will be getting some 'top of the line' materials to enhance someone's home.

We went to ProSource in Pelham to help us remodel our master bathroom. Areas that were problems were 1. the beauty desk had to be redone by our carpenters because the desk height would have required you stand and put makeup on. A design flaw. 2. At least $1,000 worth of extra tile (unopened boxes) were not used - and they would not take back or pay us for the extra that the designer over measured for. 3. The quartz people that they use (from Ga) took 1 month to get our material in-from measurement to installation. 5. The countertop cabinet did not fit our area and Pro Source says that 'we elected' not to use it and would not help us out at all. The designer had figured the vanity to be longer than could fit. When she shortened the bottom vanity, she made no compensation for the countertop cabinet. 6. To complete our countertop cabinet and the over the commode cabinet, I asked for crown molding - just a normal size. When the ********* added the crown molding, it was double wide and almost hit our 9 foot ceilings. We had it removed. Another measurement issue. More wasted money!! As my contractor said, the Pro Source designer was putting all the bells and whistles on and doing the most expensive style that she could - to get her commission. We have gone to the company with these complaints, and are so disappointed that they would not compensate us AT ALL. In searching for the bet way to repair/ replace our homes tile flooring, I came across ProSource of Birmingham. I walked into the warehouse and was greeted by Christopher Pancner who explained the process and patiently helped me make a choice in tile. He explained what I would need to do the project myself and also referred quality contractors to contact.I contacted and decided to hire Victor Salas of Victor Tile & Stone. Victor quoted a fair price, worked with ProSource to get the materials needed and he did beautiful, quality and clean work! I couldn't be happier to have found ProSource of Birmingham and highly recommend them!
