I took my 2015 Honda in for routine tune up before taking a road trip. Got a full tune up and two new tires! Great deal for what all was done! They were super busy but they seemed to know a few of the people by name who came in and the customers knew them. I'll be back for sure! Thank you!

If you’re thinking about taking your car to this place, I would think twice it’s the equivalent of a shade tree mechanic they will not change your oil filter. They will talk to you like you are stupid. They will tell you to come to the shop so they can kick your a$$ because you’re accusing them or something, worst place I have ever been I guess that’s why it’s so cheap so is the quality over Work very cheap I hope this helps somebody

4-1/2 stars. They did some frame work for us for 1/2 the price of the dealer. And then 4 weeks afterwards, the undercarriage splash shield came loose and they repaired it at no cost. Will definitely return when needed.

I had a great experience with William and his team at Tuffy’s this past weekend. We called last minute for a pre-purchase inspection, and he very graciously fit us into a busy morning. The team actually invited us out to follow along as they looked the vehicle over, patiently explaining what they were seeing. We left feeling confident about the purchase, and very grateful for the warmth from everyone at Tuffy’s.

My wife took our 2019 Hyundi Tuscan with 72,900 miles, in for brakes and tire rotation. I knew my worst case scenario was $1000 or so. They checked brakes and rotated and balanced tires for $68.75. Brakes were fine. This is my second time to use them for service. Highly recommend them, courteous and honest. Paul Ward. Pelham.

All around horrible service. I dropped off my truck at 8 AM for tire service & I show up at closing time just for the owner to say they never got around to it. If my appointment was scheduled for 8 AM then there should have been some type of priority put on getting my service done. I can go on & on about all the other things of dissatisfaction but I’d rather not because this company knows they messed up. Plus there was not any compensation offered for my inconvenience. Hopefully they figure things out.
